• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. 

• Upon receiving your package, we kindly request that you record the unboxing process. If any defects are observed, please ensure that they are documented in the recording. Additionally, all T-shirts come with an attached hangtag. Please note that no returns or exchanges will be accepted if the hangtag has been removed.

• Returns and exchanges will not be processed due to the incorrect size being ordered by the customer. We strongly advise customers to carefully review the size chart provided for each specific product before placing an order to ensure the correct size is selected.

• In case of cancellation the full refund will be received by the customer within 6 - 8 days of the cancellation

• Courier Service Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that Synthwear shall not be held liable for any delays caused by the courier service. Once the order is handed over to the courier, any delays in transit are beyond our control.
