At MANSAR INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible and customer-friendly. Please note the following terms:

Cancellation Requests: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, if the order has already been processed for shipping or communicated to the vendors/merchants, cancellation may not be possible.

Unboxing and Product Condition: Upon receiving your package, we kindly request that you record the unboxing process. If any defects are observed, please ensure they are documented in the recording. Additionally, all T-shirts come with an attached hangtag. Please note that no returns or exchanges will be accepted if the hangtag has been removed.

Size Selection: Returns and exchanges will not be processed due to the incorrect size being ordered by the customer. We strongly advise customers to carefully review the size chart provided for each specific product before placing an order to ensure the correct size is selected.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. To support your claim, please attach the video of the unboxing process showing the damage or defect. The merchant will verify the claim before any action is taken.

Product Expectations: If the product received does not match what was shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.

Warranty Claims: For products with manufacturer warranties, please refer any issues directly to the manufacturer.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days.
